3. Description of Services
The Provider offers online life coaching sessions and related personal development services.
Services may include:
• One-to-one coaching sessions
• Online sessions conducted via video call
• Other coaching programs as described on the website
Certain bookings and payments are processed through the third-party platform Tentary. In such cases, Tentary’s own terms and conditions also apply.
4. Booking and Contract Formation
A contract is formed when:
1. The client selects a service,
2. Completes the booking process via the website or Tentary,
3. And payment has been successfully processed.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse a booking if necessary.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required.
Payments are processed securely via Tentary or the payment methods indicated at checkout.
The client is responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate and valid.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
However:
If the service is scheduled to begin within the 14-day withdrawal period and you expressly agree to its commencement, you acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal is lost.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule or cancel sessions by providing at least 24 hours.
Cancellations made with less than this notice may be non-refundable.
Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
8. Disclaimer
Life coaching services are not psychological therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.
The Provider does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or opportunities
• Technical interruptions beyond the Provider’s control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Spanish law.
