It’s safe for my life to be this good

Blog Entry on April, 27th 2026

So many of us are so used to lack, to suffering, to make life harder than it is for ourselves.

That’s why we don’t trust life to be this abundant, this good, this easeful, this joyful.

We actually doubt ease, joy, happiness. Because we were conditioned to not expect “too much”. We were conditioned to believe that after the rise the fall is inevitable.

And because we are used to believing in lack, believing in fear, believing in that “the good doesn’t stay” we don’t trust Abundance.

In fact we question Abundance, we doubt Abundance, we fear Abundance leaving us again. So internally we already “prepare” for the disappointment. We prepare for the fall. We prepare to loose Abundance again.

So we feel more safe in case it does.
This is how our brain wants to keep us safe.
This is how our nervous system is programmed.

So what we all need: is to trust Abundance again. To trust that not only the good stays but it’s getting even better and better.
To trust that we are safe to hold and keep so much Abundance.

To trust Abundance. To trust the good. To trust the up levelling of our lives.

Because then we become unstoppable.
We attract naturally so much more Abundance. So much more good.
Because we trust it. We trust it to stay. We trust ourselves to hold and keep it. We trust ourselves to always creating it again and again and again.

Identifying this belief helps to realise where you still outsource your happiness to an external circumstance. Where you still tied your happiness to something external. Because remember: you have everything within to be happy now!

The Wild Woman inside of us

Blog Entry on February 9th, 2026

When I recently posted some new Pins about the Wild Woman in Pinterest, so many women saved these Pins because they’re deeply resonating with what I shared in those Pins.

The Wild Woman is the one that frees us and liberates each woman when embraced. And so many women feel the call to connect back to their Wild Woman.

The Wild Woman is an Archetype that exists in every Woman. This part of us is untamed, wild, ferocious, free, liberated, loud, fierce, expressive, deeply intuitive, deeply connected to her body, authentic, wise, sovereign, independent.

She is sensual and she allows herself to express her sexuality in ways that feel good and liberating to her. She lets Shakti, the Divine Feminine Energy flow through her and activate her. This deep connection to her sensual nature makes her be magnetic.

She doesn’t care how she is perceived by others because she doesn’t outsource her power. Her self-worth doesn’t depend on other’s approval and she doesn’t do things just to proof herself that she is enough or that she is right the way she is. She understood that the only validation that truly matters is the one she gives herself.

She is so in tune with herself and her intuition, her soul, her heart, her connection with the Divine. And that is the only thing she needs.

The Wild Woman trusts herself fully and completely. And therefore she is not subject to manipulation by others.

Her body is her liberation. Through Dancing she expresses all of herself, all her emotions and feelings. She isn’t afraid to feel any emotion or to face any challenge. Because she knows that every emotion is Divine guidance. Every Challenge is Divine guidance. Redirecting her in the the right direction. Helping her to heal and to grow. And that knowing makes her so sovereign and confident.

The Wild Woman doesn’t shrink herself to comfort others. She doesn’t hide her truth to please others. She is unapolegetically herself. She expresses her truth unafraid of who is in the room. She refuses to get quiet when everything within her wants to scream.

Her voice is her instrument. She expresses through her voice her authentic self and her emotions. She speaks, She sings, She screams.

She is not afraid to burn everything down that is no longer aligned with her highest self. She trusts completely in the guidance of her soul. And that makes her fearless.

The Wild Woman inside of us sets healthy boundaries confidently whenever she feels to set them in order to protect her energy, her time and herself.

She knows she doesn’t need to build walls around her heart to defend herself but indeed she needs to protect her precious energy.

She learned to tend to herself, to her inner parts, to her emotions and to her body. She is self-resourced. Her body is a sacred vessel for the Divine. All her experiences she perceives as Divine. All her emotions she perceives as Divine.

Not afraid of speaking up. Not afraid of showing herself fully. Not afraid of raging. Not afraid of feeling her emotions. Not afraid of loosing control. Not afraid of being misunderstood. Not afraid of being herself.

She allows herself to BE EVERYTHING that she is. Her light is not better than her shadow. And her shadow is not better than her light. SHE LIVES IT ALL.
